I’m Bryan Lliguicota, and I run Markitude myself.
Markitude isn’t a team behind a brand. It’s me. If we work together, I’m the person who scopes the project, writes the code, and answers the phone afterward.

I’m based in New York City, where I grew up after moving here from Ecuador as a child. I studied computer science and applied mathematics at CUNY Queens College, then spent six years building data and software systems inside organizations where getting the details right mattered: predictive analytics for a wealth-management business at BlackRock, machine learning infrastructure for financial advisors at TIFIN, and AI agent systems for enterprise customers at Inkeep, a startup where I was the first engineer embedded directly with clients.
That work taught me the parts of software that matter most outside a tech company: writing down decisions so a system doesn’t depend on one person’s memory, being direct about what’s realistic in the time available, and treating access, data, and permissions as things you get right on purpose, not by accident. I started Markitude to bring that same approach to organizations that need it but don’t have an engineer on staff: agencies, nonprofits, and small businesses.
I’ve done this kind of work under real constraints before: regulated financial data, enterprise customer systems, government procurement processes. It’s why I write a plain-language scope before starting, and why I hand off documentation instead of disappearing after launch.
